We have released new versions of the applications XRP |Fleet, Fleet Management, Pool and Workshop Management. One of the news is that we now provide an application for smartphones which allows to work on the applications with smaller screens. These versions also bring new functions for electrical vehicles, as dozens of small corrections and improvements.

XRP |Fleet Management - new version

In February 2017, we have launched the version 3.68 of the application which introduces several improvements and some new functions:

• The user of the vehicle itself can now register the emplacement of the supply in case of electrical vehicles and the charge of the battery.
• For our clients that operate in several countries, it is now possible to present, in statistics and reports, the values in the original currency or in the basis currency (EURO).
• Availability in the application XRP |Mobile to approve processes of request for support.
• In the Rent-a-car module, we have introduced the possibility to send a request to the supplier depending on a pool process.
• In the purchase process mode, it is now possible to control the signatures of the contracts.
• We also have launched a new module, which allows to allocate the costs of vehicles to third parties, including the consomptions in a specified period. From now on, it will be called invoicing to clients.

XRP |Pool - version 3.22

In March, we have released the version 3.22 of the application, with numerous improvements and corrections. Of all new functions, please take note of:

• We have introduced a webservice which allows to provide the considered destinations for the sharing of journeys on the intranet (employee portal) of the clients.
• We have improved the function for the sharing of journeys, and it is now possible to detail the number of seats avalaible for each journey.
• We have introduced the possibily for the user to specify the charge of electrical vehicles when they are returned.

XRP |Workshop Management

In february, we have released the version 2.35 of the application. It includes new functions, as:

• Simplification of the registration of hours in each section, beeing now allowed to close a repair just by the register in the session.
• The alerts for Periodic Inspection and Maintenance are now sent to the responsible for the workshop.
• We have introduced the possibility to create specific alerts for certain tasks\unusual pieces to be used in the preventing maintenance.

XRP |Mobile

In February, we have launched the version 2.35 of the application. We highlight the following new functions:

• We have improved the site for support to the application, which is now directly available on the address www.xrpmobile.eu.
• We have introduced several improvements, particularly upon communication by e-mail, so we can make faster and more intuitive the process for connection between aplications XRP.
• Possibility to approve requests for support.
