XRP |Workshop Management

This tool belonging to the ensemble XRP |Fleets allows the management of workshops within the organization and the registration of the historical record of the vehicle, which will take into consideration the repairs, timings, used materials and labour costs.

Integrated with the XRP |Fleet Management application through the process of maintenance, it allows to aggregate costs of the workshop on the vehicle’s record.

Key features:

• Allows the creation of automatic workshop processes that are formed by sections (mechanics, painting, bodywork, electricity, etc.) and workshop’s services (oil, lights, tires, etc.) after the approval for maintenance through the basis module;
• Fully controls the processing of the repair and its sections (e.g. on-going, awaiting mechanics, awaiting approval);
• Controls date and mileage, once it enters and once it leaves the working section;
• Enables the maintenance manager to classify a service as internal (within the organization) or external (to be fulfilled by a supplier);
• Manages the maintenance’s schedule for each vehicle, generating alerts for all required services;
• Enables the association of materials and mechanics to sections;
• Tracks labour costs (salaries);
• Tracks material costs and order status;
• Enables the printing of orders or interconnections with the organization’s ERP regarding ordered materials, available or not in stock;
• Comments can be added by all parties of the process;
• Reports available on costs/ work/ section/ vehicle and also on timings for immobilization per status of the process (e.g. awaiting decision, awaiting material, on-going, etc.);
• Classification of the repair by type, allowing statistics and reports according to the organization’s rules.
