XRP |Expenses

This module allows the presentation of all kind of expenses: associated to the regular operation of the business organization chart, or expenses resulting from travel and representation processes.

The computerization of the process brings substantial benefits
for the company, of which feature:

• Substantial gains of productivity in all the process of expenses’ presentation, either by reducing bureaucracy, either by elimination of tasks that don’t generate any added value;
• Implant an effective expenses’ control, displaying online information about type, values and detailed information, either individually, either of the company as a whole, either accordingly to the organization chart;
• Making the accounting process automatically and online, thus facilitating the closure of accounts;
• Controlling all the cash advances in power of employees/third.

This module is sold both separately and integrated with the Travel module.

The report displays the type of expenditure on lines and the type of currency on columns.

Main features and functions:

• Lines of spending configurable by screen with association of the accounting information for VAT treatment;
• Up to five different currencies by report;
• Presentation of expenses paid with cash and/or credit cards;
• The provision of costs associated with vehicle registration and possibility of automatic calculation of the amount payable in kilometers;
• In the provision of expenditure on private vehicles, possibility of calculating the cost based on the information of kilometers and statistics’ report by registration;
• When associated to travel, ability to provide accounts of various trips in a single report;
• When combined with movement and travel, calculation and integration in the daily accounts;
• Possibility of automatic calculation of input VAT on expenses incurred abroad;
• Treatment of advances and automatic calculation of balances receivable/payable.

The treasury has a screen that allows viewing of the status of all reports and cash advances

Information and statistics

• On-line statistics of costs, expenditure patterns and service quality;
• Easy exportation to computer files (in Excel) of all information.
