Associated to XRP |Fleet Management module, Escrita Digital provides another module which allows to run a set of vehicles in pool. By pool we understand a shared use, where the same vehicle is used by several people, remaining to the application the management of all requisition and allocation of vehicles.

The use of vehicles in pool increases significantly the tax of usage of the vehicles, allowing the execution of the same service with fewer cars and, consequently, reducing costs.
The placement of vehicles in pool is suitable for all organizations where there is possibility of concentrating geographically the vehicles in groups, with the minimum size of 5.
Amongst the set of features available, we highlight:
- Ability to create automated pools (where the vehicle is allocated by the application) or manual (where the vehicle is assigned by a manager);
- Working with permits per event and value;
- Possibility of requests for emergency;
- Online viewing of vehicle in park;
- Ability to set priorities in vehicles
