The tools new version includes:
1. The improvement of the reserved area to which candidates can access, allowing them to update their data and CV in a file.By allowing a candidate to update his/her data or to remove his/her CV, the reserved area fully complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 in force since May 25th 2018;2. The possibility created to work with a standardised database for training/degrees. With this new option, whenever candidates fill in their application they may frame their training according to the areas defined by the organisation thus optimising the search;3. An improved integration with LinkedIn. Publishing a job advertisement directly is now much easier;4. The improvement of the candidates search engine performance, enhancing outputs and including new criteria, such as degrees, schools, and update dates;5. In the recruitment process management function, the possibility for clients to define, for each process, the status associated to each candidate, as well as to define forms to collect data from interviews;6. The introduction of dashboardsthat provide, in a graphical view, information on received applications and, on the individual recruitment processes, information about the candidates according to their situation on the process.
