IFRS 16 – available features

Read in this article the last developments we introduced in our applications XRP |Fleet during the first half of 2016.            

We launched last semester new versions of the applications Fleet Management (3.65), Pool Management (3.15) and Workshop Management (3.50). Adding the introduction of new functions, these versions improve the usability and bring better elements and corrections pratically in all areas of the applications.

XRP |Fleet Management

• Module for validation of invoicing
We created a new module that allows to send to each manager the lines of invoicing included in the invoices sent by providers (Ex: fuels, pay tolls, rent-a-car) before they are added to budgets. This function allows each manager to verify previously the invoice, avoiding the attribution of mistaken costs.


• Work with several money changes
We reinforced the functions used by clients that work with more than a money change. Among all functions, please note:
- We introduced the possibility to manage the money changes according to a specific date
- Each company fixes the money changes which are accepted;
- The manual importation of invoices allows to work with several money changes at the same time.


• Fines management
We introduced news alerts that increase the warning about ending dates to pay fines.


• Tyres management and other wastable materials
We introduced alerts according to hours, kilometers and periods, as the possibility to add a detailed record of all maintenance processes.

• Sharing of journeys
The application now also allows to share journeys between users of the pool.


• Pick-up and return by the user
From version 3.15 on, the user himself can indicate the time when he picked-up and return of the vehicle. With this function, the application allows the management of entry and exit through the lobby by the pool manager or by the user, by entry or exit in parking places automatically (when the vehicle is connected to pay tolls or location systems).

We introduced the possibility of external requests during a repair. This function allows the release of purchase orders to external providers for material and services to be used in the repair.
