XRP |Fleet Management

• Production equipments
A profile was created for the management of production equipments. Using this profile, it is possible for different users to manage vehicles and other type of equipment (ex: Forklifts, machines).


• Request for support/various
It now exists the possibility to open a process to request various services through autorizations. This new function helps, for example, to: request a second copy of documents/fuel cards; request new vehicles; request new equipments.


• New module of reports
A new module was created to let each client to prepare its own reports and/or to define information charts to export to other systems.


• Management of claims
A profile was created for clients who outsourced their claims'management to be able to let external companies participate at the management of their claims.

• SMS
The application now sends SMS during the most important timings of the process and also allows to end a process by a SMS.


• Process'closure
New ways to end processes were added, and it now possible to close them automatically at a specific hour, by external events (ex: GPS information, walking through a car lobby) or by SMS.


• Driving License
It is now possible to record all users' driving license and check if it is still valid to initiate a pool process. Additionally, an alert is sent to a user if his driving license needs a renewal.

• It is now possible to create external requests through a repair, keeping all functions to include in invoicing.
• The creation of repairs for vehicles/machines registered in the application is now available.
