This version introduces several improvements in the function for the sharing of journeys, that has been made mostly after the suggestions of clients who have begun to use this function.
Improvements also in the rules for the automatic register of pick-up and return of vehicles when the registered movements come from external systems (ex: location system, highway cards).

Highlights:

  • New notifications by e-mail/SMS for the situations of cancellation of the pool process;
  • Possibility for the responsible for the journey to limit the number of available places to share;
  • The responsible for the journey can now add observations to be published in the sharing portal;
We are also developping the possibility to include the sharing of journeys in the app XRP Mobile.

With this version, we also changed the rules under which a vehicle is given as picked-up or returned, according to the entry or exit of park registered by an automatic device (ex: highway cards, GPS data). We do believe these improvements will help to clear all the dubious situations.
