IFRS 16 – available features

We’ve launched version 3.50 of XRP |Fleet Management application which includes, among many other new functionalities and improvements:

1. new functionalities in contract management – we may now keep different versions and associate documents by categories;
2. a new functionality that provides accurate information on stationary vehicles, enabling to register stationary vehicles alone or associated to maintenance procedures. This functionality includes a dashboard that easily shows stationary vehicles;
3. several improvements on reports, whether on those on the characterisation of the fleet, or on those on the costs, or on the procedures;
4. new alerts for deflection of consumptions and lack of documents;
5. several improvements in insurance management, thus easing the management of fleet insurance policies;
6. continuing the development of functionalities which help us in the management of tyres and other wearing parts. In this version of the application we’ve included the possibility of automatically alert the fleet manager whenever a request is out of the foreseen period as well as which are the recent costs for acquiring those parts/services.
