XRP |Contract Management
This module of applications XRP is devoted to the management of labor contracts, allowing to prepare the decision and the gathering of information, notifying the officer and the human resources department. It allows to combine all the documents related to the contract, and the record of all facts related to the contractual relationship between employer and employee. It also ensures the contract of temporary workers with outsourcing arrangements management.

Main features and functions:
  • Launch of contract termination notice process, either to the head or to the human resources department;
  • Integration with Outlook (or other calendar programs) for notice posting;
  • Ability to launch the process automatically (near the contract’s ending date) or manually;
  • Ability to associate the contract and its renewals;
  • Ability to associate forms for information gathering on the renewal conditions;
  • Ability to associate information on performance appraisals and other relevant information coming from external application systems in the renewal process;
  • It has document management functionalities, which allows the importation of various documents related to the contract;
  • Historic register;
  • Available statistics:
    • 1. Number of contracts renewed and not renewed according to the organization chart;
    2. Number and duration of contracts. 
  • Exportation of  the all information, with filters, according to the contractual situation / posted notices / chart to a spreadsheet.

 
 Other relevant features:

  • Application provided in two basic languages: Portuguese and English;
  • Compatible with all other modules of the XRP family;
  • Interface in browser in its entireness;
  • Also available in the form of rent.
