With this module it is possible to provide the employee the following services in a self-service regime:
Download payslips and tax declarations;
Salary history;
Mobility history;
Changing personal and tax data with a validation mechanism, as well as photograph and relevant information;
Manage all the processes related to hygiene and security at work;
List of all working contracts, allowing to associate digital documents and to specify who can visualize it.
Also allows to release alerts about the more usual procedures for human resources management and provides a module of templates which can generate printed declarations using fields of the file of each worker.
Includes a documental module.
Works in 4 languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
Main functions
Workflow for changes
The application has a validation workflow which allows the user to define data changing requirements, namely: without validation, with validation of human resources and with validation and documental proof.
Contracts module
The application includes a module for working contracts which ensures:
Management of all type of contracts: Outsourcing, trainees, temporary work, full-time work;
Alerts can be formatted by date and type, period and cadence;
Documental management of all documents;
Disciplinary sanctions management.
Documental management
The application has the possibility, in association with the employee, of carrying out the archiving of several documents, indexing them and defining visual display permissions (between the employee and the managers of the portal).
Alerts for lack of documents and validity;
Setting of all required fields for the attachment of documents.
Alerts
The application automatically issues the following alerts:
Anniversaries (for leaderships and colleagues of the same department).
Alert for renewal of ID card/passport;
Alert for renewal of driving license;
Alerts for occupational health;
it is possible to set manual alerts for employees and managers.
History
The application registers and provides the whole history of the employee, according to a hierarchical search, with statistics module and reports.
All changings are registered in the employee’s history and it is possible to export term reports by type of changing.
Reports
Reports on hierarchical structure are available for each user. E.g. of some of the reports available:
Wage costs;
Mobilities;
Contractual situation, seniority and average of years working at the company.
Hygiene and security at work
Includes a module of alerts for occupational health, allowing to record the results and other documents. Besides the alerts, also allows:
To generate alerts and processes of medical appointment for employees and managers;
To deal with special occupations and rapid waste professions;
To record the process of working accidents and to release alerts for medical appointments;
To keep all ability certificates and clinical reports;
To publish declarations of good health.
Customizing and contents publishing
The portal may be customized according to client’s preferences, namely as far as background colours and logotypes/symbols are concerned.

Interconnection with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Primavera Software available;
To record the process of working accidents and to release alerts for medical appointments;
Multi-language application, working for each user in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
