The software application

Competencies Management
allows the implantation of a Human Resource’s practice based on people’s competencies. This application allows the management according to competencies and careers, the registration of the history associated to each employee and turns possible an unlimited number of evaluations.
As main benefits of the application, highlights are:
It allows the competencies management tree;
It allows the management by careers, with the possibility to define levels and to plan careers;
Association of the reference and the current career to each employee;
Free combination of competencies to careers;
Ability to establish career plans with defined levels of competencies required;
Easy extraction of statistic data for gaps’ analysis, either individual either by unit.
Main features and functions:
Competencies’ tree with six levels;
Career’s management with six levels;
Free setting of standards of competency required for a career;
Each employee can have more than one career associated (e.g.: current career, reference career);
Possibility to authorize a change in the career;
Possibility of unlimited evaluations;
Possibility to evaluate free competencies and competencies required for the career;
Registration of the history;
It allows the integration of the training with the competencies management, making possible to define:
A plan of training for the career;
A plan of training for the station and to identify the path of training.
Statistics according to the organization's chart;
Emission of configurable alerts for certain gaps.
It’s possible to make the evaluation for competencies belonging to the career and/or free competencies.
The application displays on-line statistics that allow the identification of gaps.
