XRP \|Fleet Management
The software application XRP \|Fleet Management allows the management of an organization’s fleet, bringing productivity gains and significant costs reduction. The module gathers all vehicles in only one database and, functioning on the concept of workflow, it allows:
Managing all the billing of the suppliers; Running contracts and controlling their execution (kilometers counting); Insurances and taxes; Services included in the contracts; Charging according to the use; Centralize all costs with cars; Programming maintenance. Besides the functionalities already mentioned, we highlight: Possibility of distributing vehicles geographically; Database of vehicles grouped by type and location; Vehicles management in pool (with own module); Complete program of expenses authorizations by value/cost and event; Kilometers registration; Control of maintenance costs; Integration of information from the fuel cards; Cost allocation based on fixed and variable parameters (e.g. kilometers). Generation of alerts: maintenance, deviation of miles, periodic inspections.	Screen for the authorisation of vehicle’s expenses. Screen with the vehicle’s history.
